6. Custom Orders & Apparel Drops

Custom apparel, personalized merchandise, limited drops, and made-to-order items are final sale unless defective.

Design proofs must be approved before production begins. Backyard Bougie is not responsible for customer-provided artwork errors once approved.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for unused, unworn items in original packaging, subject to our Return Policy.

Customized or personalized products are final sale unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
