Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Our standard retainer is month-to-month after an initial 90-day onboarding. We waive our $2,500 startup fee for clients who commit to 12 months — but you are never locked in if it is not working.
Is there a separate fee for AI?
Only if you add it. The AI add-on is $127/mo plus a $497 one-time setup, and you can add it to any package if you want it. It turns on the AI voice receptionist and makes AI website chat unlimited. Without it you pay nothing extra, and website chat is capped at 500 conversations a month. Voice calls (150/mo) and SMS (500/mo) stay capped either way, because every call and text carries a real carrier cost. A call counts in five-minute blocks — a typical booking call is one, a 12-minute call is three, and hang-ups under 15 seconds don’t count. If you regularly run over, we talk about the right allowance before anything changes on your invoice.
Can I bring my own designer or developer?
Yes. We work alongside in-house teams all the time. The Partner tier is built for that — embedded, not territorial.
Do you do one-off projects?
Rarely. Marketing compounds, so do our results. If you want a one-off site or campaign without ongoing partnership, we will refer you to someone who specializes in that.
