What It Costs

Nothing, for the club.

Free to set up yourself, and no monthly fee. Families see one small fee as its own line at checkout, and the club keeps every dollar of its price.

The family fee is $3 plus 3.5% per payment, and it covers card processing. Want us to set the club up for you? Done-for-you setup is $499 once. Full pricing (opens in new tab)

Sound Familiar?

Five tools, one volunteer, and a spreadsheet.

Registration lives in one system and uniforms in another. Someone chases uniform money by text, and a Sunday disappears reconciling who paid for what.

Bougie League puts those pieces in one place, for a board member with a day job. Use every part, or only the one you need.

What Your Club Gets

Sign-ups to rosters, in one place.

Sign-ups

Registration and payment plans

Families register on any phone without an app or an account, sign waivers online, and pay in full or in two or three payments. Sibling discounts and scholarships are built in.

Teams

Tryouts, teams and draft night

Place kids yourself, run tryouts for a team, or hold a live draft where every coach picks from their own phone. Rosters stay private until you publish them.

Coaches

Rosters and emergency cards

Each coach sees their own roster with an emergency card for every player, and you can see which coaches have cleared their checks.

Money

Payouts and treasurer reports

Payments go through Stripe to the club's own bank account. The Money page shows what was paid, refunded and kept, by season and by area.

Draft Night

Every coach picks from their own phone.

Every coach sees the same board and picks in turn, or an admin enters picks as they are called out in the room.

Pause, undo the last pick, or auto-draft the rest by school, area, siblings, age or tryout ratings. When you publish, each family hears their player's team and coach.

FAQ

The questions boards ask.

What does it cost the club?

Nothing to set up and nothing each month. Families pay a fee of $3 plus 3.5% per payment, shown as its own line at checkout, and that fee covers card processing. Donations carry no fee. Marketing ($99 a month) and done-for-you setup ($499 once) are optional.

Where does the money go?

Straight to the club. During setup you connect the club's bank account through Stripe, and family payments are paid out to that account. The money never sits with us, and the club receives its full price on every payment.

Can we keep our website?

Yes. Every club gets a hosted registration page in its own logo and colors, a share link, a QR code and a button to paste onto the website it already has.

Do families need an app?

No. Registration works in any phone or computer browser. The Bougie League app for iPhone and Android is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play; until then families and coaches can add it to their phone's home screen from the browser.

How long does setup take?

About an evening. Setup asks one plain question per screen, and every club is reviewed by a person before registration opens.
