01Tier 1 — Astro Build
Full control of HTML, ARIA, and semantics. Target: WCAG 2.1 AA with no caveats. Recommended for any client where accessibility is non-negotiable.
ADA Web Services
WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, accessibility statements, and ongoing audits. We sell what we deliver — every site we ship meets the standard.
Why It Matters
ADA-related web lawsuits crossed 4,000 federal filings annually in the US. Small businesses are now the majority of targets. An accessible site is not just the right thing to do — it is the smart move for any business with a public web presence.
What We Deliver
New Builds
Every new site we build is a Tier 1 Astro project targeting WCAG 2.1 AA — no third-party widget exceptions, no compromises baked in.
Audits
WAVE + Lighthouse + axe DevTools + manual keyboard + screen reader spot-check. Automated tools catch 30 to 40 percent. We catch the rest.
Remediation
Working with your existing site or builder. Prioritized fix list, transparent timeline, documented before-and-after for legal defensibility.
Statements
Plain-English statement of conformance, known limitations, contact path for feedback. The disclosure that defensible posture requires.
Ongoing
Sites drift. New content, plugins, and integrations break conformance. We re-audit every quarter and document the trail.
Training
Content authors and designers get a 60-minute working session on alt text, color contrast, heading order, and the patterns that matter.
Build Platform Tiering
Not every platform supports full conformance. We disclose this upfront — and recommend the right tier for your risk profile.

No one is. There is no legally binding "ADA certification" for websites in the United States. What exists is conformance to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, documentation of your work, and honest disclosure of limitations. That is what defensible posture looks like — and that is what we deliver.
No site is lawsuit-proof. What we provide is a documented, defensible conformance posture — the right standard targeted, the right testing done, the right disclosures published, and a 2-business-day response path for user feedback. Most plaintiff firms move on when they see that.
A small business site (under 20 pages) takes 5 to 7 business days end-to-end. We deliver a prioritized findings report, a remediation estimate, and an accessibility statement draft.
No. Accessibility overlays do not solve WCAG conformance and have been named in lawsuits more often than they prevent them. We do the actual work.
