Yes — the site on Bougie Core is part of the system, because the concierge, event pages, newsletter, and reporting all hang off it. We migrate your menus, photos, and reservation links; you keep your domain and your OpenTable or Resy account.
With the AI add-on, yes. It answers what it should — hours, parking, dietary questions, private-dining inquiries, reservation requests — and routes anything that needs a human to your team by text. Reservations still land in your reservation system, not in a spreadsheet.
Yes, through our sister company, Bougie Booking. Guests pick their table on a map of your room and pay up front, so the room can never be overbooked. It costs the venue nothing: the guest pays a small booking fee, and card payments go straight into your own Stripe account. It sits beside your reservation system rather than replacing it — use it for the nights that sell by the table.
Site and concierge go live in about two weeks. Review responses start the day we get access. Covers and search take longer — Chez Bacchus saw the year-over-year move build over the first two quarters.
