Proof, not promises

Real numbers from real clients.

We lead with the number or we do not make the claim. Here are three we can stand behind.

+117%

Covers year over year

A restaurant client seated 778 covers in August, up 117% on last year.

Bookings from Google in a month

What fixing one neglected Google Business Profile did for a client’s direct bookings.

People you actually work with

Mike and Kristie. No account coordinators, no hand-off to a junior after you sign.

Who we work with

Businesses the metro already drives past.

Independent operators from downtown to the foothills. The common thread is a good business that is harder to find online than it should be.

Restaurants, bars and tasting rooms

Menus Google can read, hours that are right in Maps, every review answered, and a weekly email that fills a quiet Tuesday.

Health, wellness and clinics

Booking that works on a phone, intake that respects privacy, and a presence that looks like the care you give. We never take custody of patient records.

Trades and home services

Calls answered when you are under a sink, jobs tracked in a CRM instead of a notebook, and a site that loads on a job-site signal.

Real estate and lending

Listing-led sites, co-marketing that stays on the right side of RESPA, and forty years of relationships moved off paper and into a system.

Retail, makers and events

A storefront that sells while you sleep, event pages that fill seats, and photography that looks like your shop on its best day.

Clubs, leagues and nonprofits

Registration, rosters, sponsors and apparel — the unglamorous plumbing that keeps volunteers from burning out.

What a retainer covers

One team for the whole stack.

Most businesses here are paying three vendors who do not talk to each other. This is one bill, one team, and one place where the leads land.

Local SEO and Google Business Profile

The listing fixed first: categories, hours, service area, photos and the review flow. It is the cheapest lever in the metro and the one most often left broken.

Websites on Bougie Core

Fast, accessible, yours to own. Built on our own platform so speed, accessibility, search and privacy are solved before design starts.

CRM and automation

Every call, form and booking lands in one place with its source attached, and the follow-up sends itself within minutes instead of days.

Social content that sounds like you

A real calendar, shot and written here, not stock photos with emoji. Scheduled, posted and reported on.

Email and SMS

Lists re-permissioned properly, campaigns that people open, and text messaging registered the way carriers require.

Accessible web, to WCAG 2.2 AA

Audited before launch, with a real statement. No overlay widgets — they do not make a site compliant and they attract the lawsuits.

How it starts

Four steps, and the first one is free.

  1. A 20-minute call

You tell us what is actually broken. We tell you what we would fix first, in order, whether or not you hire us.

  2. We look at the plumbing

Your listing, your site, your reviews, your inbox. You get the findings in plain English, not a 40-page audit.

  3. Fix, then build

The cheap high-impact fixes go first. Then the brand, the site and the system behind it.

  4. One honest report a month

What we did, what it produced, what is next. Tied to the numbers you already watch.

Retainers

Published prices, no discovery dance.

Month to month. Setup fees are waived on a 12-month term, and AI chat, SMS and voice are an optional add-on rather than a line on everyone's invoice.

Before you call

The basics, answered.

Do you have a Sacramento office?

No. We are a family-run studio in Placerville, about 50 minutes up Highway 50, and we cover the metro from there: Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Rancho Cordova, Roseville and Sacramento itself. Most work happens by video, and we come to you when it matters — a first meeting, a photo shoot, a launch.

What does it cost to hire you?

Retainers start at $499/mo for Foundation, $1,199/mo for Momentum (or $999/mo at the referred rate) and $1,999/mo for Authority. There are no setup fees on a 12-month term. AI chat, SMS and a voice receptionist are an optional add-on at $127/mo for the clients who want them, and nothing if you do not.

Can you just do SEO, or just the website?

We can, but we will tell you honestly whether it is worth it. Ranking a page for a search nobody makes is a bad trade, and a beautiful site that no one can find is another. We check the demand before we take the work.

Who owns the website and the accounts?

You do. The domain is registered in your name, the site code and content are yours, and your Google, Meta and CRM accounts stay in your name with us as a user. If you leave, everything goes with you.

How quickly does this start working?

Listing and review work can move within weeks. A new site takes four to eight weeks from the first call to launch. Content and search compound over months, not days, and we will say so rather than promise a number we cannot hit.

Are you taking new clients right now?

Yes, with a limit. Two people can only run so many accounts properly, so we take on a small number at a time. If we are full, we will say so on the call instead of stretching ourselves and under-serving you.

Let's meet

Twenty minutes, and you leave with a list.

Tell us about the business. We will tell you the first three things we would fix, in order — whether you hire us or hand the list to someone else. In person anywhere from Sacramento to Placerville, or by video if that is easier.
